Absolute Finishes NW Ltd ("we", "us") is a registered limited company in England & Wales, trading from 203a Wigan Road, Bolton, BL5 2AJ.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Quotes are based on the scope discussed and any unforeseen works (e.g. hidden damage, structural issues) will be raised in writing before being undertaken.

Acceptance of a quote and payment of the agreed deposit confirms the booking. Deposits secure your slot in our diary and cover initial materials.

Payment terms are agreed per project and set out in your quote. We typically work on staged payments tied to clear project milestones.

Any changes to the agreed scope will be quoted in writing and require your written approval before proceeding.

All workmanship carries a 12-month warranty from completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials and appliances apply separately.

We carry public liability insurance. Proof can be provided on request.

Cancellations within 14 days of booking are refunded in full, less any materials already ordered. Cancellations after work has commenced will be invoiced for work done to date.
